Visitor Promotion

The event will be promoted directly into schools and both the Head and Careers teachers will be contacted. Schools will be kept up to date as the event develops via email and printed newsletters offering them the chance to visit and take advantage of the travel funding.
 
Colleges and other community groups will be sent information including posters, postcards and email newsletters. 

Key partnerships with organisations such as Connexions, Aimhigher and others will help to pre-promote the event to the target audience. 

To attract the audience to the evening opening, a direct mail campaign to parents of children within specific year groups will be undertaken.

A PR campaign will include news stories and updates to local media including newspaper and radio.
